Warranty Policy



FourAmZ warrants that the FourAmZ product you purchased will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal conditions for one (1) year from the product purchase date.

FourAmZ assures you that FourAmZ will repair, replace or return the product within the warranty period and within the scope of warranty service, and restore the normal use function of the product for free within a reasonable time; Products outside the warranty and warranty coverage will be covered by a paid repair service in accordance with this service policy. This service policy provides paid repair services.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. Once the returned item arrives back in FourAmZ’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

  • Returns must include all accessories
  • Items must include original packaging
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, FourAmZ refunds the cost of the product itself
  • Returns may be rejected if product does not meet the above requirements


12-Month Warranty Policy

All of the products purchased from this site (www.fouramzlife.com) or our Amazon official online store will be covered by our "12-Month Warranty Policy".

The original unit and/or non-wearable parts deemed defective, in FourAmZ’s sole discretion, will be repaired or replaced up to one (1) year from the original purchase date.

In the event a replacement unit is issued, the warranty coverage ends six (6) months following the receipt date of the replacement unit or the remainder of the existing warranty, whichever is later. FourAmZ reserves the right to replace the unit with one of equal or greater value.


  • Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase
  • FourAmZ must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product
  • The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required
  • It may be necessary to return the item for quality inspection

Not Covered Under Warranty:

  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Items that have expired their warranty period
  • Non quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
  • Free products
  • Repairs through 3rd parties
  • Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
  • Purchases from illegitimate resource
  • Physical damage to the product;
  • Consumable and Accessory Items that expired in accordance with a rated life;
  • Problems arising from other than defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Products and/or product parts that are subject to wear and tear, including the side brush, HEPA with sponge, mopping cloth, cleaning brush, etc.

Shipping Costs Must be Covered By Buyer In the Following Situations:

  • Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
  • Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase
  • Buyer’s accidental returns
  • Returning personal items
  • Returning items claimed to have defects but found by FourAmZ quality control to be in working condition
  • Returning defective items in international shipping
  • Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)



1. When does the warranty begin?

It begins the day you place your order.

2. How do I claim the warranty and return my device?

If your item is defective and under warranty, please contact us at support@fouramzlife.com, we will respond promptly. Also, preparing some photos and videos describing the issues will be appreciated, so that we can proceed the warranty faster.

3. When will I receive the refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Paypal or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

4. Will you refund my return shipping cost?

Yes. Having any defect as the result of the materials or workmanship( Kindly help us provide videos or other evidence to prove), FourAmZ will take care of it with a REPLACEMENT or FULL REFUND include with shipping costs.


  • If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
  • If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
  • No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
